We are pleased to announce that All About Management, Inc. was appointed as the exclusive management agent for your community, by the Board of Directors. As your management company, we will be responsible for all your accounting, service requests, and enforcement of your Covenants & Restrictions, under the direction of the Florida Statues as well as your Board of Directors.
All About Management’s office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Your maintenance payment(s) are due on the FIRST day of each month. All accounts delinquent are subject to late penalties and accrued interest, pursuant to your documents, per month. The Association strictly enforces all late fees; the management company does not have the authority to remove late penalties.
Your association utilizes a lockbox system with American Momentum Bank Association for the processing of assessment payments. Please refer to the website under documents to learn about the auto-payments and online payments procedures.
Please be advised it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure all payments are received on or before each due date.
It is your responsibility to advise the Association should your mailing address differ from the one provided to us by your closing agent or if it changes in the future. The Association makes mailing to its members throughout the year and will use the address shown unless a different one is provided in writing.
