Hello Hollowbrook Residents!

We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe.

At the January 2021 HOA board meeting, we announced the winners of our first annual Holiday Showdown Showcase: first place, ($100 Visa gift card) 3948 BISCAYNE DR, second place ($75 Visa gift card) 3787 BISCAYNE DR, and third place ($50 Visa gift card) 788 ORTONA CT. Congratulations to the winners and thank you to everyone who participated in the 2020 holiday events! Also, thank you again to the Seminole County Fire Dept., Station 27, and resident Brian VonHerbulis for volunteering to be Santa during the Santa Express. We received a lot of great feedback from our residents and we look forward to doing it again this year!

Heading into 2021, we continue to address maintenance concerns around the community. The landscaping company is hard at work cleaning up dead trees along Dodd road and our ponds. We are also looking into addressing the health of our ponds by removing the overgrowth and invasive plants. Finally, we are also in the process of scheduling a company to pressure wash the sidewalks along Dodd and around the ponds. If you see any of our vendors out working, please be alert and cautious of any trip hazards or other safety issues while they are in the area.

Finally, please note, the February 2021 HOA board meeting will start at 6:30 pm instead of 7:00 pm at Elks Lodge. If this time works well for board members and residents, we plan to continue to meet at 6:30 pm for our other scheduled monthly board meetings.

The neighborhood is looking very festive and voting is now open for the Holiday Showdown Showcase! Place your vote for your top three favorite houses now through Dec. 31st.

If you or someone you know would like to vote by paper ballot, please submit a document with your Hollowbrook address, up to three home addresses of your choosing, and signature to Katy Leach (763 Rosalie Way) by Dec. 31st.

Santa will be visiting Hollowbrook courtesy of the Seminole County Fire Dept., Station 27 on Dec. 22nd, from 7pm – 9pm! The event is subject to the availability of the fire crew and local COVID-19 restrictions.

We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. We are not having a board meeting this month, but have several fun things planned for the holidays including the Holiday Showdown Showcase and a visit from Santa and the Seminole County Fire Department on Dec. 22nd from 7pm-9pm.

Just a quick note that you should have received a letter from Greystone Management with an update to their bill payment service and process for 2021. Also, keep an eye out in the coming weeks for the 2021 HOA annual assessment coupon letter. The annual assessment ($412.50 per home) is due Jan. 1st. Please contact Greystone Management if you need to update your contact information, don’t receive your coupon book, or have additional questions about the annual assessment payment.

Hello Hollowbrook Residents!

The HOA Board would like to wish everyone a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 safety precautions, we have decided to cancel this year’s holiday parade along Dodd Rd. Instead, we are celebrating the holidays by hosting our first annual Holiday Showdown Showcase! You are invited to decorate the outside of your home for a chance to win a Visa gift card! Voting will take place through a link on our website Dec. 15-31st and each household will have an opportunity to vote for up to three addresses. If you or someone you know would like to vote by paper ballot, please submit a document with your Hollowbrook address, up to three home addresses of your choosing, and signature to Katy Leach (763 Rosalie Way) by Dec. 31st.

Please safely share the news with your neighbors and we look forward to seeing all the wonderful holiday decorations!
