Hollowbrook HOA Summer ummer Seas Reminders Dear Hollowbrook Homeowners, With the Summer now upon us bringing rain and hot temperatures, it is important that the community remains well maintained. Greystone is very impressed with the care & attention countless homeowners have put into their property. It truly makes a difference! However, we recently have had an influx of homes with overgrown lawns, shrubs and needed exterior maintenance. Please look around the exterior of your homes to see what you could do to help improve the overall appearance. Specific items management is inspecting for: - Dead sod replacement - spot sod replace (some cases, full sod replacement). - Irrigation & Fertilizer (weed control) - Replenish mulch, plants and flowers in empty landscape beds. - Thinning, trimming overgrown landscape, shrubs & palm fonds - Mold & mildew - remove from exterior walls, roof & driveways - Vines and foliage growing up the walls of house and screen enclosures. Note: All landscape yard waste MUST be properly bundled, tied, and brought to curb for same week pick-up. Yard waste cannot be left on roadside without scheduled pick-up. Please make sure no lawn clippings or leaves are blown into the street drains.
