Hello Neighbors,
2024 UPDATE
Spring is upon us! Much was accomplished in 2023 including new trash
containers in all common areas throughout the community! As we embark
on 2024, we have exciting community social events planned this year! We
truly hope to have more family participation for 2024 planned social
events as Hollowbrook HOA wishes to cultivate the community coming
together!
SPRING EVENTS
Easter Social Event: Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 10:00am - Noon
the Easter bunny will be hosting an Easter event on the large field by S. St.
Lucie Dr. & Dodd Rd (under the power lines). Chic-fil-A breakfast, waters,
ice pops, games and more will be available for families/kids of all ages
who are in attendance! There will also be an Easter photo area for families
to take memorable pictures of their loved ones.
Community Garage Sale: Saturday, April 6
& Sunday, April 7
Hollowbrook’s Annual Garage Sale! Get your household items ready as
this is the perfect time to sell used bikes, toys, clothing, furniture, books
and kitchen items!
COMMUNITY REMINDERS
Exterior Changes: As many continue to make improvements & update
their homes, please note that a Request for Architectural Change form is
required to be completed & submitted to Greystone Management for
approval PRIOR to any changes to the exterior of your home/property.
Property Maintenance: To maintain our property values and cleanliness
of our community, monthly inspections & violations are issued by
Greystone. These violations are based on our governing documents and
include things such as leaving your garbage cans and recycle bins by the
street on non-collection days, parking boats, commercial vehicles, and
trailers in your driveway and on the street, needed pressure washing your
house and driveway to remove built-up dirt and mildew, freshening-up
faded and peeling paint (ARC approval required), damaged siding/garage
doors, and maintaining your yard and fencing. We ask that you address
these violations in a timely manner and contact the Hollowbrook
Community Manager, Danielle McKay, if you have any questions or
concerns.
