Hello Neighbors,
2025 UPDATE
Spring is upon us! We are thrilled to announce a lineup of exciting community events planned for the year! Our goal is to encourage more family participation and create opportunities for everyone to come together as a community. In addition to these events, we will also be performing ongoing maintenance throughout the community to keep our neighborhood looking its best. Be sure to register for our website and electronic communication for all the latest happenings!
SPRING EVENTS
Community Garage Sale: Saturday, March 29 & Sunday, March 30
Get your household items ready as this is the perfect time to sell used bikes, toys, clothing, furniture, books, and kitchen items!
Easter Social Event: Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 10:00am - Noon The Easter bunny will be hosting an Easter event on the large field by S. St. Lucie Dr. & Dodd Rd (under the power lines). Chic-fil-A breakfast, waters, ice pops, face painting, games and more will be available for families/kids of all ages who are in attendance! There will also be an Easter photo area for families to take memorable pictures of their loved ones. Please bring your own tailgate chairs so families can relax and enjoy the festivities.
COMMUNITY REMINDERS
Exterior Changes: As many continue to make improvements & update their homes, please note that a Request for Architectural Change form is required to be completed & submitted to Greystone Management for ARC approval PRIOR to any changes to the exterior of your home/property.
Property Maintenance: To maintain our property values and cleanliness of our community, Greystone issues monthly inspections & violations. These violations are based on our governing documents and include things such as leaving your garbage cans and recycle bins by the street on non-collection days, parking boats and trailers in your driveway and on the street, pressure washing your house and driveway to remove built-up dirt and mildew, freshening-up faded and peeling paint (ARC approval required), damaged siding/garage doors, and maintaining your yard and fencing. We ask that you address these violations in a timely manner and contact the Hollowbrook Community Manager, Danielle McKay, if you have any questions or concerns.
